Sacha Powers

Sacha Powers has worked in various roles related to human resources throughout their career. Sacha currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at ProLift since July 2020. Before that, they worked as an HR Leader at Martinrea International from July 2018 to July 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Versa Designed Surfaces from March 2015 to April 2018. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation from May 2013 to March 2015 and at Procarent from November 2009 to May 2013. Earlier in their career, they served as an HR Manager at Noble International from 2004 to 2009, an HR Generalist at Colgate-Palmolive from May 2003 to May 2004, and an HR Generalist at Robert Bosch from September 1997 to May 2003.

Sacha Powers pursued higher education beginning in 1990 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Over the course of four years, from 1990 to 1994, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Music. Following this, Sacha attended the University of Virginia for two years, from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Master of Education (M Ed) degree specializing in Human Services Counseling.
