Terrie Lipke

Terrie Lipke has extensive experience in editorial roles, currently serving as Developmental Editor and formerly as Editorial Director at ProLiteracy Worldwide/New Readers Press since 1997. In the role of Editorial Director, Terrie was responsible for developing the publishing plan and managing the editorial process for both print and electronic products. Prior to this, Terrie worked as a Technical Editor at General Electric in Liverpool, NY, from December 1986 to June 1990, where responsibilities included editing confidential training materials for the Navy and overseeing a technical publications department for a defense project. Terrie holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Syracuse University, earned between 1978 and 1982.
