Guillaume Reine has extensive experience in service management and infrastructure projects within the finance and banking sectors. Currently serving as Responsable Service Management and Service Delivery Manager Senior at PROLIVAL since January 2005, Guillaume has been involved in overseeing service delivery and infrastructure management. Prior roles include project management at Banque Française Mutualiste and leading network and security production at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring network availability across EMEA, leading offshore teams, managing incidents, and facilitating production changes. Earlier experience includes serving as Operation Manager and Technical Referent for network production at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, as well as system engineering at Chantelle. Guillaume holds a degree from EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique.
