Kiavash Zare has diverse work experience in various industries. Kiavash most recently worked at Promaton as a Project Manager, focusing on managing dental data projects for machine learning and deep learning models. Prior to that, they served as a Projects Delivery Lead at Dashmote, where they contributed to the company's mission of guiding clients through a data-driven world. Kiavash also worked as a Supply Chain Officer at ASML and as a Co-Founder at SonidoNFT, where they played a key role in transforming and decentralizing the music industry using blockchain technology. Before that, they founded Organic Healing Supplements and Fillex LLC, where they successfully managed and operated both businesses. Kiavash started their career as an Assistant Manager at SelfKit.ir, where they helped with the company's operations in distributing self-test kits for HIV, Hepatitis, and drugs in Iran.

Kiavash Zare completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2017 to 2018, where they studied Information Communication Technology. Before entering higher education, Kiavash completed their pre-university education at Mousa Sadr Pre-University, focusing on Physics & Mathematics from 2015 to 2016.
