Jessica Åkerberg

Jessica Åkerberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply management and procurement. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Management (CPO) at Promeco Group Oy since May 2019, Jessica is a member of the Group Top Management Team. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Wärtsilä from January 2008 to April 2019 in various capacities, including Strategic Purchaser, Operative Purchaser, and Manager of Advertising & Marketing Materials, showcasing a strong background in sourcing, supplier selection, and marketing communications. Early career experiences include positions at VAKK as a Marketing Coordinator, Vaasan Palloseura Oy as a Marketing Manager, and multiple roles at Aktia, where responsibilities included business process development and investment advising. Jessica holds a Master's Degree in International Marketing from Hanken School of Economics and has studied as an exchange student at The University of Tulsa.
