Anita Jefferson began their work experience in 2021 as a Managing Director & Public Relations at Arden Courts. Prior to that, they worked at ASC Professional Staffing starting in 2006, where they held the role of Book Author and Speaker.

Anita Jefferson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences from Chicago State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
