Chris Yarbro

Chris Yarbro serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller at Promega Corporation since December 2013, overseeing financial planning and treasury, and engaging with the Board of Directors and other leadership groups. Chris has also taught Mergers and Acquisitions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from January 2017 to May 2020, covering essential aspects of the acquisition process for MBA students. Beyond corporate roles, Chris held the position of President on the Board of Directors at Woods Hollow Children's Center from October 2013 to June 2017. Prior experience at Promega includes roles as Director of Finance, Director of Tax and Treasury, and Tax Manager, with a foundation in tax compliance gained at Grant Thornton LLP. Chris holds a Master of Accountancy in Taxation and a BBA in Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business.
