Bachu Joseph

Bachu Joseph has a diverse work experience, starting in 1998 and continuing to the present. Bachu has held various roles at different companies, showcasing their expertise in quality, operations, engineering, and management. Currently, Joseph is the Director of Quality at Promethean. Before that, they worked as the Director of Operations at Raytheon Technologies. From 2015 to 2021, they served as the Director of Quality & EHS at Meggitt. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Textron Aviation, including Sr. Engineer, Reliability/Quality Engineer, and Operations Excellence Leader. Joseph began their career as an Engineer and then a Sr. Production Engineer at Travancore Titanium Products Limited, where they eventually became the Plant Manager. Overall, through their progressive roles and diverse experiences, Joseph has developed a strong skill set in quality, operations, and engineering management.

Bachu Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Wichita State University. Bachu also has a Master of Science degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from Wichita State University. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering. Bachu Joseph has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Textron Aviation.
