Margaret Rickard

Margaret (Meg) Rickard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare analytics and political fundraising. Currently serving as the Fundraising Chair (Volunteer) for STEPS 4 LIFE COMMUNITY SERVICES since June 2024, Rickard promotes recovery programs and organizes grassroots fundraising initiatives. As a Senior Healthcare Analyst at Prometheus Federal Services since May 2022, Rickard develops oncological testing programs for the Department of Veteran Affairs, collaborates with healthcare providers, and manages genetic testing vendor contracts. Previous roles include Political Accounting Apprentice at AFSCME, Associate Consultant at KM Consulting, Finance Director for the Kris Goodfellow campaign, and Legislative Intern for Rep. Scott Peters. Rickard holds a Master of Science in Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security from American University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Policy and Sociology from the University of Redlands.
