Pegah Khanjani (DSc) is currently working as a Scientist at Promimic since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Chalmers University of Technology starting from November 2019. Before that, they held the position of Doctor of Science (Technology) at Aalto University, Department of Bioproducts and Biosystems from March 2015 to April 2019.
Pegah Khanjani (DSc) has a diverse education history. Pegah began their education at Kharazmi University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Applied Chemistry from 2006 to 2010. Afterward, they joined Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, where they earned a Master's degree in Nanoscience from 2010 to 2012.
In 2013, Pegah continued their studies at Aalto University, focusing on Engineering Physics. Pegah worked as a Researcher in this field until 2015. During their time at Aalto University, they also completed a Doctor of Science (DSc) in Bioproduct Technology, which they pursued from 2015 to 2019.
To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Pegah obtained additional certifications. In 2016, they completed the Project Management Program 1 & 2 offered by Aalto PRO. In 2018, they also undertook KTH's course, "Engineering for a Sustainable Society," provided by KTH Innovation.
Pegah's educational journey continued, as they enrolled in Svensk Medicin AB to receive Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Intro Training in the field of Forest Products Chemistry. Pegah completed this training in September 2022.
