Patrick Koltz

Patrick Koltz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Patrick is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Prominence Health Plan since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Operations from November 2019 to April 2022. Patrick also served as the Director of Operations from February 2018 to November 2019 and started their journey at the company as a Project Manager from February 2017 to February 2018.

Before joining Prominence Health Plan, Patrick worked as a Consultant under their own consultancy firm from August 2016 to January 2017. Patrick gained valuable experience at American Express where they served as a Consulting Manager from June 2013 to July 2016, and as a Consultant from October 2011 to June 2013.

Patrick began their career at AES, where they held the positions of Operations Analyst from June 2008 to November 2009, and Market Analyst from June 2007 to June 2008.

Furthermore, Patrick started their professional journey at New York Property Solutions as an Associate and Sales Associate from September 2006 to May 2007. Patrick Koltz has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta. Patrick obtained their MBA degree from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in 2010-2011 and their BS degree from SUNY Oneonta in 2003-2007. Patrick's field of study focused on Strategic Management during their MBA program and on Business/Managerial Economics during their undergraduate studies.
