Buckley Bloom

Buckley Bloom, MPA, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Promise Venture Studio, focusing on early childhood development and equity. Previously, Buckley held the position of Director of Early Learning at FIRST 5 Santa Clara County, where responsibilities included developing funding proposals and managing operational plans. Prior roles include Program Officer at FIRST 5, Program Manager at the Coalition of Community Health Clinics, and Research Associate at Providence Health & Services, with a strong emphasis on health equity and social determinants of health. Buckley started as a Portland State University Hatfield Resident Fellow, creating a disaster shelter plan, and has experience in academia as a Graduate Assistant at Syracuse University. Buckley holds a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Spanish from Willamette University.
