Rob Waggener

Rob Waggener has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership roles. In 2019, they became the Chairman of the Board at Promises Behavioral Health and the Owner and Board Member at ViaMar Health. Rob also served as a Strategic Partner at Assured Healthcare Partners in 2018. In the same year, they were an Advisory Board Member and Investor at Virtuoso Surgical, Inc., as well as a Board Member and Investor at Synchronous Health, Inc. From 2015 to 2018, Waggener served as the Vice President of the Addiction Services Division at UHS. Prior to that, they held executive positions at Foundations Recovery Network, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2018 and the Chief Operating Officer from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Waggener worked as a Senior Advisory Consultant at Project Build Behavioral Health from 2018 to 2019. Rob also has experience with portfolio management as a Portfolio Company CEO at N Pritzker Capital Management, LLC from 2012 to 2015. Waggener has demonstrated a dedication to nonprofit work as well, serving as the Chairman of the Board, Board Member, and Finance Committee member at The Next Door, Inc. since 2009.

Rob Waggener obtained their high school diploma from Hendersonville High School in 1982. Rob then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications at the University of Tennessee at Martin from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and completed a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from 1988 to 1991.
