Rose Spellman Mpa

Rose Spellman, MPA, currently serves as the Guardian Scholars Coordinator at Promises2Kids, a position held since September 2018. Previously, Rose worked as a Sales Supervisor at Top of the Rock Observation Deck and as a Teacher for San Diego Unified School District. Additional experience includes grantwriting for the Community Leadership Association and intern roles focused on grantwriting and community outreach at the Center for Social Advocacy, San Diego. Rose began their career as a Teacher at Worcester Public Schools and served as Site Coordinator at Elm Park Center for Early Childhood Education. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University, with a focus on Financial Management and Nonprofits, and a Bachelor's degree from Worcester State University in Spanish, Elementary Education, and a minor in Psychology.
