Joseph Walker

Joseph Walker has a varied work experience. From 2021 to present, they have held two positions at Promoboxx, Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. From 2016 to 2021, they held four positions at Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law, including Information Technologies & Multimedia Manager, Information Technology & Multimedia Coordinator, Information Technology & Multimedia Specialist, and Information Technology Support Specialist. In their role as Information Technologies & Multimedia Manager, they managed the daily operations of the Information Technologies Services Department to meet the informational technology needs of faculty, staff, and students. In their role as Information Technology Support Specialist, they developed and managed multimedia production process, filmed, edited, and delivered video based assets for presentations and multimedia web content, and provided desktop support to faculty, staff and students. From 2014 to 2016, they held the position of Production/Editing Assistant at Maestro Filmworks.

Joseph Walker attended Pennridge High School from 2007 to 2011 and then Bucks County Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Film and Media Arts. Joseph then went to Temple University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Film and Media Arts.
