Leila K. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Leila K. has a diverse education history with several degrees and certifications. In 2006, they began their studies at Universidad Nacional de La Matanza, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and a separate degree in English studies, which they completed in 2011. In 2014, Leila earned a Social Media and Digital Communication Degree from Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21'.

Continuing their education, Leila attended UPC School (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) from 2017 to 2018, earning a Master of Human Resources Management with a focus on Human Resources Management. Later in 2018, they attended EAE Business School, completing a Minor in Gestión de Proyectos (Project Management). Leila also attended Pace University in the same year to pursue a degree in Innovation & Value Creation.

More recently, in 2021, Leila attended Coderhouse to acquire expertise in data analytics. Additionally, they obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Change Management Foundations in April 2023, Strategic Human Resources in March 2023, Coaching and Developing Employees in August 2022, and Talent Management in June 2022.
