Ingrid Næsguthe's work experience is as follows:

Ingrid Næsguthe's education history begins in 2012 when they attended the University of Bergen (UiB) for an Årsstudium in Arbeids- og organisasjonspsykologi, which they completed in 2013. In 2013, they enrolled at BI Norwegian Business School, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Økonomi og administrasjon and graduated in 2016. During their time at BI Norwegian Business School, Ingrid also participated in an exchange program at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2015, focusing on Økonomi. Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, they attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and obtained a Master's degree in Økonomi og administrasjon, specializing in Økonomisk styring og finansiell økonomi.
