Stephen Dilts

Stephen Dilts is an experienced professional in management and production logistics, currently serving as the General Manager for Promosa USA, Inc., a full-service international production company. Since February 2018, Stephen has been responsible for launching the company’s initial footprint in the United States. Additionally, as the CEO and Owner of Big Brim Management, LLC, Stephen provides technical support and production coordination for talent buyers across Washington state. Previous experience includes roles such as Managing Partner at Pyramid Staging & Events, where strategic oversight of operations, HR, marketing, and accounting was maintained for a regional production company, and Director of Operations at Blue Danube Productions and Rhino Staging & Event Solutions, managing complex projects and building a significant regional presence, respectively. Stephen holds an M.B.A. in Technology & Innovation Management from Pacific Lutheran University and a BA in Communication from Washington State University.
