Hila Goren

Hila Goren is a highly experienced professional with a diverse range of roles in various organizations. Hila began their career as a Directof of The Therapeutic Family Center at Israel Elwyn in 2013 and then worked as an Art Therapist at Haifa Learning Enhancement Center from September 2014 to December 2016. Hila then joined Haifa Museums, where they served as a Marketing and External Relations Specialist from January 2014 to October 2015, an Assistant Curator from October 2015 to December 2016, and an Art Lecturer and Workshop Instructor from January 2014 to February 2015. Hila then worked at Tel Aviv Museum of Art as a Social Responsibility project Manager from August 2021 to November 2022 and as an Art Lecturer and Workshop Director from November 2016 to January 2022. Prior to their current position, Hila worked at Setteam - HR & Recruitment Projects as a People Operations Specialist from August 2021 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head Of People Operations at Promotheus since January 2023.

Hila Goren completed their Human Resources Management degree at Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts in Art Therapy/Therapist from the University of Haifa between 2014 and 2016. Hila pursued their Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at the University of Haifa from 2012 to 2014. In 2011 and 2012, Hila studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Tel Aviv University.
