Juan Carlos Cervantes Livon

Juan Carlos Cervantes Livon has extensive experience in information systems and electronic business coordination, currently serving as Coordinador de Información y Negocios Electrónicos at Promperu since May 2009. Juan Carlos has successfully implemented various information systems and CRM solutions, utilizing management standards such as PMBOK, RUP, and SCRUM. Additionally, Juan Carlos has held roles in academia, teaching Engineering Projects II at Grupo UTP while also managing IT service and information systems workshops. Previous experience includes consultancy in systems at NATCB and project management at Larsoft Consulting. Juan Carlos holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Tecnológica del Perú and has completed multiple training workshops, including E-commerce Applications through TAIWAN ICDF. Juan Carlos is also an alumnus of National University of Engineering, having earned a degree in Systems Engineering.
