Mickell Smith

Mickell Smith has over 13 years of work experience in various sales, marketing, and event management roles. Mickell is currently serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Juniper Preserve since 2024. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Hoodoo Moab from 2020 to 2024, where they achieved significant sales growth in a pandemic environment. Mickell also served as the Director of Operations at Western Leisure, Inc. from 2019 to 2020, where they developed itineraries and negotiated contracts with suppliers. Before that, they worked as the Event Sales and Marketing Manager at the Natural History Museum of Utah from 2017 to 2019, where they oversaw advertising and promotion activities. Mickell has also held positions at Ballet West, Park Silly Sunday Market, Utah Arts Alliance, Sundance Institute, Christopher's Prime Steak House, and Snowbasin Resort, where they gained experience in development relations, sponsorship management, operations management, and event coordination.

Mickell Smith attended Bingham High from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a General degree. Following that, they studied Marketing at Salt Lake Community College from 1996 to 1997.
