Ryan Eisert is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in high-level kitchen management. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Juniper Preserve since June 2021, Ryan previously held the position of Chef De Cuisine at Bos Taurus from April 2018 to February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Butcher/Sausage Maker at Butcher Boy Reno, Cook 1 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and Sous Chef at Tasty n Alder. Ryan earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from California Culinary Academy between September 2008 and October 2009.
