Veronica Bernardi

Veronica Bernardi's work experience includes being a Product Manager at ProntoPro, where they led a cross-functional team and focused on delivering product improvements. Veronica also conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and participated in defining the product roadmap. Veronica organized and led Agile rituals and kept stakeholders aligned on product development plans.

Prior to their role at ProntoPro, Veronica worked at sostravel.com SpA as a Solution and Strategy Manager and a Functional Analyst. Veronica was responsible for monitoring project timing and scope, creating project documentation, and interacting with project stakeholders.

Veronica also had experience as a Business Analyst / PMO at Business Integration Partners, where they monitored project timing and scope, created and updated project documentation, and defined and documented business processes. Veronica also created training documentation.

Earlier in their career, Veronica served as an eCommerce JR Project Manager / PMO at Westhouse Managed Services s.r.l. and as a Marketing Assistant at Samsonite.

Veronica Bernardi has a diverse education history. In 2012 to 2015, they attended Università degli Studi dell'Insubria, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Scienze della Mediazione Interlinguistica e Interculturale/Cultural and Linguistic Mediation. Following this, in 2016 to 2017, Veronica completed a Digital Certification Program - Master in Digital Marketing at Digital Coach, focusing on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.

In addition to their formal education, Veronica has also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they obtained the CAE - Cambridge Advanced English certification from the University of Cambridge. In 2019, they completed The Complete App Design Course - UX, UI and Design Thinking at the London App Brewery. Later, in 2020, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Most recently, in 2022, Veronica completed the Project Manager to Project Motivator: Unlock the Secrets of Strengths-Based Project Management certification from LinkedIn.
