Nicholas Klug has a strong work experience in the culinary industry. Nicholas started their career as an Executive Chef at Heidel House Resort and Spa in 2004, where they worked until 2008. Nicholas then joined Levy Restaurants at Lambeau Field as an Executive Sous Chef from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they worked as an Executive Sous Chef at Levy Restaurants at Churchill Downs for a brief period in 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Nicholas served as an Executive Chef at Levy Restaurants @ Philips Arena. Nicholas then moved on to Proof of the Pudding, where they held various roles, including Executive Chef from 2017 to 2020, Senior Executive Chef of Special Events in 2020, Corporate Executive Chef from 2020 to 2021, and Vice President of Culinary - Sports and Entertainment from 2021 until present.
Nicholas Klug attended University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued Culinary Arts at Fox Valley Technical College.
