Brad Hargrave

Brad Hargrave is a seasoned sales operations professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and sales intelligence. Currently serving as a Vice President of Sales Operations at Proofpoint since July 2020 and as an Advisory Board Member at XFactor.io since July 2022, Brad has previously held key positions at McAfee and Intel Security. At McAfee, Brad was the Director of Americas Sales Operations, and at Intel Security, roles included Director of Global Sales Operations and Director of Inside Sales Operations, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of large teams and the development of sales strategies across multiple segments. Brad holds a degree from the University of North Texas, completed in May 1992.
