Joseph O'Donnell is an experienced technical support professional with a career spanning over a decade in various roles within the technology sector. Since February 2014, Joseph has held multiple positions at Proofpoint, progressing from Technical Support Engineer to Senior Technical Support Engineer, and currently serving as Team Lead Support Engineer.
