Pete Diaz

Pete Diaz is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network management and technical account management. Currently, Pete serves as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Proofpoint since October 2019 and as President at Green Globe Technologies, where IT engineering and design services are provided. Previously, Pete held the position of VP of IT at Cooper General Corporation from June 2019 to June 2024, focusing on compliance solutions for public safety communication. Earlier roles include Network Manager and Telecommunications Manager at Baptist Health South Florida and various engineering positions at Miami-Dade County, Telscape Communications, FiberTel, and the University of Miami. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami, earned between 1992 and 1995.
