Diego Cardona began their work experience in 2012 as a Co-Founder at Napiz, a company focused on promoting power napping in the workplace. Diego then worked as a Software Engineer at Capgemini from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Manager at Amaris, an international consulting group. Following this, they worked as a Business Development Manager at NEXENTURE from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined NAVYA Group as an Area Manager for Southern Europe and Latin America, and later became a Product Manager from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Chief of Operations at ProovStation, where they started as the Head of Customer Success and Support in 2020. Their responsibilities at ProovStation also included serving as a Product Manager in early 2020. Throughout their career, Diego has gained experience in various industries and positions, focusing on areas such as operations, customer success, support, product management, and business development.
Diego Cardona pursued their education starting in 2008 at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Informatique in 2014. In the same year, they also completed a certification program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Tackling the Challenges of Big Data.
