Kirstain McArdle

Kirstain McArdle currently serves as the Manager of Industry Engagement at the Propane Education & Research Council, following a role as Industry Relations Coordinator. Prior experience includes working at C&F Mortgage Corporation from July 2018 to November 2022 as a Processor, managing multiple loan pipelines and providing customer service throughout the loan process. Kirstain also worked as a Social Studies Teacher for sixth and seventh graders at Henrico County Public Schools from March 2016 to July 2018, where instruction was planned in line with state standards. Prior to that, a position as a Middle School Tutor was held at Henrico County Public Schools, facilitating remediation lessons. Kirstain's early career involved research assistance at the University of Virginia Curry School of Education, focusing on teacher/student interactions. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Tech, with additional studies in Spanish at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
