Tom Cartlidge

Tom Cartlidge is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector with extensive experience in various capacities. As Co-Founder of PropFolio since February 2018, Tom leads efforts to enhance transparency in real estate management and investment through data utilization. In addition, Tom serves as a Strategic Advisor for Flexify, a PropTech focused on connecting businesses with suitable commercial properties. Previously, Tom held the role of Head of Commercial Real Estate at Utopi, where responsibilities included analyzing buildings' performance against ESG standards. Tom has also served as Director for UK operations at Architrave GmbH, and as a Chartered Surveyor at JLL, contributing to significant portfolios and projects. Tom began the career as a Graduate Surveyor at Savills, following a robust educational background in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University.
