Trícia Rocha

Trícia Rocha has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management across various sectors. Currently, Trícia serves as a member of the advisory council at Credifit and as a human resources manager at Propeg, overseeing HR operations in multiple Brazilian states. Trícia has also held leadership roles in ABRH Bahia, Grupo IBM, FIEB, Atento, SERH Consultoria em RH, and LEGO Education, focusing on strategic HR initiatives, project management, talent development, and performance evaluation. Academically, Trícia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Pedagogy and has completed postgraduate studies in Labor Law and Analytical Psychotherapy.
