Niklas Holck has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Niklas is currently the Founder & CEO of Tradeworks.vc, a position they have held since November 2020. Additionally, they are the Director of propelme - the everything app for seafarers, starting from February 2023. In these roles, Holck was responsible for various aspects ranging from strategy development and procurement to fleet optimization and managing teams.

Niklas Holck's education history starts with their attendance at United World College of South-East Asia from 1989 to 1992. Niklas then attended Seoul Foreign School for a year in 1993 and followed it with completing their high school education at Herlufsholm Skole og Gods, specializing in mathematics from 1994 to 1997.

Niklas went on to pursue their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business at Copenhagen Business School from 1998 to 2001. During this time, they also participated in the Washington Semester Exchange program at American University, focusing on Economic Policy in 2000.

In 2001, they continued their studies at Copenhagen Business School and obtained their Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration, specializing in International Business in 2004. During their master's program, they also attended HKUST Business School for an MBA Exchange Semester in 2002 and completed a Summer University program at Tongji University, focusing on China Business Studies in the same year.

Niklas then pursued further education in the field of business with various programs. Niklas completed the Maersk Advanced Procurement program at McKinsey & Company / Maersk Procurement from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, they attended Columbia Business School and earned a degree in Negotiation and Decision-Making Strategies. Niklas also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Process Management International in the same year.

To further enhance their business knowledge, Niklas joined London Business School in 2011 for the Accelerated Development Programme. Following this, they completed an EMBA-Global Asia program from 2015 to 2017 offered jointly by Columbia Business School, London Business School, and The University of Hong Kong, achieving a Master of Business Administration (with Distinction).
