Carina Raygada

Carina Raygada, Head of Community at Propel, specializes in identifying social organizations in Latin America creating measurable impact and strengthening them through a Digital Transformation Fellowship. With experience in talent development and community leadership at Banco de Crédito BCP, Carina has led programs benefiting over 1000 individuals. In addition, Carina has a background in designing inclusive financial programs for women in Latin America and has a Master's degree in Anthropology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Carina's work includes volunteer experiences in India focusing on education, gender, and renewable energies.
