Nic Evans

Nic Evans has a strong background in finance and operations, with experience in leading teams and implementing new projects. They most recently served as the Head of Operations at Propel Finance since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Sales Support at Propel Finance Group from May 2018 to May 2022. Before joining Propel Finance, Nic worked at Henry Howard Finance Group, where they served as the Head of Sales Support in 2018 and as a Business Analyst from 2017 to 2018.

Prior to their roles at Henry Howard Finance Group, Nic worked at GE Capital for several years. They held the position of Vendor Flow Team Leader (Sales Support Leader) from April 2014 to March 2017, where they managed operations and led a team. They also served as the NRD Implementation Manager & Vendor Implementation Leader from August 2011 to April 2014, where they supported the sales team and implemented new relationships and projects.

Nic's earlier experience includes working at GE Capital EMEA, where they held various roles. They served as an eTools Business Analyst - Pan European from August 2010 to July 2011, leading the redesign of the customer-facing extranet. They also worked as a Strategic Account Manager from April 2009 to July 2010, managing a telecoms program and maintaining relationships during a challenging economic period.

Prior to that, Nic worked as an Internal Account Manager from October 2006 to June 2009, managing office equipment resellers and exceeding volume targets. They began their career at GE Capital EMEA as a New Business Support Associate in October 2005, where they quickly progressed to managing a large program before being promoted to an Internal Account Manager.

Nic Evans attended Woodridge Secondary School, where they obtained a Matric Exemption. After that, they attended the University of Port Elizabeth where they earned a Baccalaureus Artium degree in Psychology. Specific start and end years for each education experience were not provided.
