Taylor Cadile

Taylor Cadile has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Swim Instructor and Swim Coach at Osprey Aquatics and Forma Gym from May 2016 to July 2018. Taylor also gained experience as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Brava Home Inc. in June 2019. Taylor then progressed to various roles in People Operations at Propel, starting as a Recruiter from September 2020 to June 2021, then becoming a People Operations Coordinator from June 2021 to present, and most recently a People Operations Specialist from April 2023. Additionally, they were a Student Athlete on the Swim & Dive team at the University of Redlands from August 2016 to April 2020.

Taylor Cadile attended the University of Redlands from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. They also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government.
