David Hollander has extensive experience in executive roles, with a career spanning over two decades. David began their career in 1991 at The Walt Disney Company, where they were the Managing Director of Buena Vista Home Entertainment. In 1998, they moved to Datamonitor plc as the Managing Director of eBusiness. In 2000, they were head-hunted to become the President of Europe at Cinram, where they successfully led a team of 1,500 and secured EBIT targets for 2001 and 2002. In 2002, they founded David Hollander Associates Limited, providing sales, marketing, and supply chain solutions. In 2004, they became the Commercial Director at Total Home Entertainment - a 3i Company, where they transformed a low margin £300m wholesale business. In 2007, they joined Dyson as the Managing Director of GB & Ireland, where they tripled profit and led a team of 700. In 2014, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Aqualisa Products Limited, where they tripled the enterprise value, delivered 50% revenue growth, and 70% EBITDA growth in four years. In 2018, they joined Propelair as the Chief Executive Officer, where they doubled revenue in one year in the UK and South Africa. In 2019, they were appointed the Chair of the Board at MYCS GmbH, and in 2020 they became the Chair of the Board at Motocaddy Golf.
David Hollander's education history began in 1966 when they attended St. Martins School, Northwood. David then moved on to Oundle School from 1972 to 1977, where they obtained an A level in Maths, English and David'story. Finally, from 1977 to 1980, they attended Keele University and obtained a Joint Honours in Economics and Politics.
