Mohit Jain

Mohit Jain has extensive work experience in the legal field, starting as an Associate Manager at Tata Consultancy Services in 2008. Mohit continued to grow their career, holding various roles such as Assistant Manager at Capital First Limited, Manager at Fullerton India Credit Company Limited, and Zonal Head at Janalakshmi Financial Services. Mohit then transitioned to more senior positions, including Regional Legal Manager at Reliance Home Finance Ltd. and Deputy General Manager at Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. Most recently, they served as Legal Head at Lendingkart before taking on the role of Head of Legal at Propelld - The Future of Education Financing in 2022.

Mohit Jain completed their Honours in Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University in 2001. Mohit went on to pursue their Bachelor of Laws - LLB from CCS University from 2003 to 2006. Mohit then obtained their P.G.D. in Cyber Laws from Indian Law Institute in 2006. Mohit later pursued their Masters in Law (LL.M) from Kurukshetra University from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they completed their M.B.A. in Financial Management from Bharathiar University. In 2014, Mohit obtained a certificate in Contract Drafting from Thomson Reuters.
