Michael Prom

Michael Prom has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michael began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at SnoBear Industries in 2004. After working there for three years, they then moved on to work as an Application Engineer at Applied Engineering, Inc. from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they joined KETIV Technologies, Inc. as an Applications Engineer, where they worked for three years until 2014.

In 2014, they joined Autodesk as a Product Manager and held that position until 2019. During this time, they gained experience in product management. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Siemens PLM Software as a Principle Customer Experience Product Manager.

Later, they joined Duro, where they worked as a Product Manager from March to August 2022. Michael then got promoted to the role of Director of Product Management and served in that position until December 2023. Currently, Michael is employed at Propel Software as the Director of Technical Product Marketing since January 2024.

Michael Prom graduated from North Dakota State University in 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Champlin Park High School from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Michael has also obtained certifications as a Certified LUMA Instructor from LUMA Institute in 2022 and as a Certified Facilitator of Human-Centered Design from LUMA Institute in 2021.
