Heidi Petoletti

Heidi Petoletti has extensive experience in business development and sales within the food and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Proper Food since July 2020, Petoletti previously held the role of Director of Sales & Customer Service at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery from March 2009 to May 2020. Prior to that, Petoletti was Chef/Owner of Shell Creek Grill & Wine Bar from January 2007 to January 2009 and worked as Sales Manager at Schwartz Brothers Restaurants from January 2003 to December 2006.
