Karla Aabo

Karla Aabo has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Managing Director of Montauk Yacht Club and Vice President of Operations for the East Coast at Proper Hospitality since January 2021. Previously, Karla held the position of Vice President of Operations at Life House from January 2020 to January 2021 and was the Vice President for the East Coast and General Manager of Mondrian Park Avenue at Journal Hotels from February 2018 to January 2020. Other notable positions include Vice President of Operations at NeueHouse (June 2015 - March 2018), Director of Development and Acquisitions at Highgate (May 2016 - June 2017), General Manager of Westhouse Hotel (May 2013 - June 2015), and General Manager and Director of Brand Operations at Dream Downtown/Night Hotels (March 2011 - May 2013).
