Christopher Varco has extensive experience in the mortgage lending industry. Christopher is currently the VP of Mortgage Lending at Proper Rate, a joint venture between Guaranteed Rate and @properties. Christopher'srole involves delivering flexible and competitive mortgage financing solutions while providing an optimized home loan experience to consumers. Prior to that, Christopher worked as a VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate from 2019 to 2022. Christopher also served as a Senior Mortgage Banker at CIBC from 2017 to 2019 and at The Private Bank from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they worked as a Branch Manager at Wintrust Mortgage from 2012 to 2015. Christopher's career in the mortgage lending industry began at RBC Mortgage, where they worked as a Manager from 1994 to 2005.

Christopher Varco attended Loyola University Chicago from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
