Lin Takrudtong

Lin Takrudtong has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. They have held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer at Townstone Financial from 2005 to 2015. They then worked at Perl Mortgage as a Vice President of Mortgage Lending from 2015 to 2018, where they specialized in residential mortgage lending and obtained licenses in multiple states. From 2019 to 2021, they represented Homeside Financial as a Senior Loan Officer, originating residential mortgage loans and providing expertise in new home purchase mortgage pre-qualification. Currently, Lin Takrudtong serves as the Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Proper Rate, where they continue to contribute their skills and knowledge in the mortgage lending field.

Lin Takrudtong attended Purdue University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. They also studied Marketing, Management, and Human Resources at the Purdue University Daniels School of Business during the same period.
