Samantha Schlarb

Samantha Schlarb has a varied work experience. Samantha is currently serving as the VP of Mortgage Lending at Proper Rate since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga since August 2022. Before their current roles, Samantha was the VP of Mortgage Banking at Loan Cabin from May 2018 to June 2022. Samantha also worked as a Loan Opener at Finance of America Mortgage LLC from August 2016 to May 2018.

Samantha Schlarb has pursued their education in the field of Business Administration and Management. In 2015, they completed their Associate's degree in Business from the College of DuPage. Following that, they attended the University of Iowa in 2014 and 2016, focusing on Business studies. Samantha has also obtained a certification as a Loan Originator in Mortgage from NMLS in May 2017.
