Mark Gray

Mark Gray is the current Director of People at Proper. Prior to this, they served as VP of People, Talent & Business Operations at Airtame from August 2020 to May 2021. Mark was also VP of People & Talent at Airtame from November 2019 to August 2020, and Head of People & Talent from February 2018 to November 2019. Before joining Airtame, Gray was Head of Talent Acquisition at Realm Inc from November 2015 to January 2018. Mark also worked as Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Manager (EMEA & APAC) at Zendesk from February 2014 to November 2015, and as Partner/Co-Founder at Dubstarts from September 2013 to November 2014. Gray began their career as a Business Development Consultant at Oracle from August 2009 to November 2010.

Mark Gray has a BSC in Business Management from Queen's University Belfast, as well as certification in Statistics Foundations and Statistics Foundations: The Basics from LinkedIn. Mark has also attended the British International School of Istanbul, Dominican College Portstewart, and Jeddah Prep and Grammer.

Mark Gray reports to Morten Krarup Kristensen, Co-founder and CEO. Mark Gray works with Jacob Funch - Co-founder, Dragos Petria - Growth Manager, and Jesper Schoelzer - Sales Manager.
