Saif Derzi

Saif Derzi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property and business management. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Property Buyers Today since December 2018, Saif specializes in rapid property acquisitions within Lincoln. In addition, Saif holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at SDGB Properties, focusing on design-led property development and investment since August 2015. As a co-founder of Let-Co, Saif provides remote property management solutions aimed at busy professionals. Recently, Saif has taken on the role of Advisor at n Industries, acquiring small businesses in the UK industrial and B2B sectors. Prior experience includes serving as Acquisition Manager at ProAcq from August 2021 to September 2023, concentrating on acquiring businesses in the construction and manufacturing sectors. Saif Derzi holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Brighton.
