Ashley Hensley, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources. Ashley is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Alacrity Solutions, where they work closely with executive management to drive culture and change management initiatives in alignment with company goals. Ashley also served as a Human Resources Specialist, providing support to the HR department in various areas including recruitment and establishing personnel files. Ashley Hensley, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tarleton State University from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resource Training and Development from Amberton University from 2014 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Ashley Hensley obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in December 2022. Prior to this, they attained the Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist designation from Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey in October 2014 and became a Licensed Insurance Agent from the Texas Department of Insurance in October 2009.
