Ashley Hensley

Ashley Hensley, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources. Ashley is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Alacrity Solutions, where they work closely with executive management to drive culture and change management initiatives in alignment with company goals. Ashley has a proven track record of building and implementing HR processes from the ground up.

Prior to their role at Alacrity Solutions, Ashley held the same position at Property Damage Appraisers, Inc. (PDA).

Before that, they were a Human Resources Supervisor at Valtris Specialty Chemicals, where they managed the company-wide payroll function and HRIS records, as well as compiled various reports and maintained personnel records.

Ashley's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Manager at Pecan Valley Centers for Behavioral and Developmental Healthcare. In this role, they managed a team and coordinated staff development initiatives. Ashley also served as a Human Resources Specialist, providing support to the HR department in various areas including recruitment and establishing personnel files. Overall, Ashley Hensley has a strong background in HR management and a track record of successful implementation of HR initiatives.

Ashley Hensley, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tarleton State University from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resource Training and Development from Amberton University from 2014 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Ashley Hensley obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in December 2022. Prior to this, they attained the Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist designation from Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey in October 2014 and became a Licensed Insurance Agent from the Texas Department of Insurance in October 2009.
