Ye Shi is a Lead Data Scientist at PEXA since August 2022, with a focus on automated mass valuation and infrastructure planning. Concurrently, Ye Shi serves as an Adjunct Lecturer and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UNSW City Futures Research Centre since January 2020, managing research initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Sessional Teaching Staff at UNSW from March 2011 to July 2020 and as a Research Analyst at City Futures Research Centre between May 2017 and August 2019. Ye Shi holds a PhD in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from UNSW, completed in 2017, along with a Master's degree in Construction Management from Tianjin University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
