Wendy Tejeda

Wendy Tejeda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and community service. As a Sales Executive at Property ID Corporation since April 2015, Wendy has contributed to the development of Geographic Information Systems that address the disclosure needs of clients in relation to natural hazards. In addition, Wendy founded and presides over CaliGirlHair Co ™ from April 2013, focusing on online sales and marketing, and has successfully established profitable contracts with overseas vendors. Wendy serves as a Notary Public for Berkshire Hathaway and previously held roles such as Realtor and Chairman of Government Affairs at NAHREP-LA, advocating for Hispanic homeownership. Other experiences include serving as a Community Representative for the Los Angeles Unified School District and working as a Bank Teller at Wachovia. Wendy is a graduate of the USC Lusk Center Ross Minority Program in Real Estate, holding a certification in Commercial Real Estate Development.
