Amy Brooks

Amy Brooks has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a QC Reviewer/Conditions Analyst at Property Sciences Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Amy worked as a Senior Staff Appraiser at Property Sciences from October 2012. From July 2009 to October 2012, Amy was a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, specializing as a Certified Distressed Property Expert and Relocation Specialist, while also managing a traditional real estate business. Amy's career began as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser at AB Appraisal, where property valuations were conducted in various high-profile areas of Los Angeles county from September 2001 to July 2009. Academically, Amy holds a BS in Anthropology and Social Sciences from UC Irvine, and has earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation from the Distressed Property Institute.
