Paul Caines

Paul O. Caines is a seasoned professional in property tax consulting with extensive experience in assessment reconciliation and asset valuation. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Consultant at Property Tax Partners since July 2016, Paul manages the assessment reconciliation of over 20,000 property tax accounts annually, specializing in telecommunication clients. Previous roles include Apostle & Regional Overseer at Family Restoration Ministries Int'l from 2004 to July 2017, and Property Tax Consultant at Myers Law, where similar responsibilities were held. Paul also contributed to BDO USA, LLP as a Property Tax Coordinator in the State & Local Tax department from August 2008 to June 2015 following the merger with UHY Advisors Texas.
